Holiday Movie Double Feature at the Winhall Memorial Library

The Winhall Community Arts Center and the Winhall Memorial Library are teaming up for a night of movies, pizza, and fun! Join us on Saturday, Dec. 9th at 5:30pm at the library. The first film will feature an elf who embarks on an adventure to New York City. Enjoy some pizza and stay for our second film about a Kranky couple who

Local Resident Helen Vail will be turning 95 on December 10th!

Helen's family has asked for help in wishing her a very happy birthday. Cards can either be dropped off or mailed to the Winhall Memorial Library by December 8th. The cards will be delivered to Helen on her birthday. Helen attended school in the building that is now the library. Stop by the library to see the photo of Helen and her classmates from 1935.

Winhall Memorial Library Ornament Fundraiser

Ornaments are available with a $5 donation. All proceeds will benefit our children's non-fiction collection. Stop in to see these adorable ornaments.

Winhall Memorial Library's Writers' Group

Join us the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6pm. Bring some writing to share and an inventive prompt. Informal group to share their interest, love/hate, obsession, trials and tribulations, with the craft of writing. Everyone is encouraged to help one another through problem spots in their writing, bounce ideas off other members, and talk about the latest news affecting the industry/craft. Writing is a solitary endeavor, this group is to support the writer, for all levels of writing.

Winhall Memorial Library's Cookbook Club December 14th

Join us the second Thursday of each month at 6pm to eat delicious food, and to share recipes, tips & tricks, and laughs! December's theme is "appetizers and mocktails." Cookbook Club is a welcoming environment to newcomers and encourages new and veteran cooks alike to join our cookbook club and share in the love of food with us. The cookbook club is in collaboration with the Winhall Community Arts Center.
