Architect Bill Badger and former curator Wesley Hill will be recognized for their service to the Manchester Historical Society and to the preservation of Manchester's history.

Bill has been a quiet force behind MHS for several decades. His love of history, knowledge of local lore, and skill as a storyteller have delighted all who know him. His dedication to the Manchester Historical Society has kept it humming through the years.

Born in Manchester, Wes is a veritable font of knowledge of all kinds of local history. With a marvelous memory, he has been generous with his knowledge and ready to respond to all who needed his help finding some fact, no matter how arcane. Wes has worked for the Orvis Company for many years where he helps assure the history of the company is preserved.

The Manchester Historical Society is very proud to honor them and grateful to have had their generous and unwavering assistance.
