Please join Chef Scott Sanfilippo at the Le Creuset Outlet Store in the Marble Mill, 135 Depot St., Manchester Center, Saturday, Aug. 17 at 1 p.m. for an Italian cooking demonstration.
Sanfilippo, a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier and owner of DiBuono Ravioli Company in Bennington, will demonstrate pasta making and promises much deliciousness. He will also have some products available for sale for those looking for a good tasting and simple dinner.
The demonstration is free of charge and will last about an hour and all with an interest in food and/or cooking are encouraged to attend. Any questions may be directed to Le Creuset staff at 802-366-8000.
