MANCHESTER — The Manchester Skatepark will be jamming Saturday with food, tunes and some gnarly drop-ins as fundraising for Phase 2 continues.

The skate jam will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Dana L. Thompson Memorial Park and will feature music by DJ-Brent Clark and the surf rock band Immune Friction.

There will be burgers, dogs and bevs by Sexy Llama Coffee Roasters.

The skate jam is open to all ages and abilities with sessions held for age group brackets and will include the Arson skate shop team and other elite skaters. The fundraising event is a continuation of the Phase 1 build of the skatepark as Phase 2 is being planned with an eye on Phase 3.

Don’t forget your brain buckets.
