MANCHESTER — Larissa Hall Carlson will offers free community mindfulness classes through the Manchester Community Library at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month.

Squash stress, reduce restlessness, enhance equanimity and cultivate clarity in these free mindfulness opportunities.

No meditation experience necessary. Ages 15 and older are welcome.

Larissa Hall Carlson, M.A. facilitates the Community Mindfulness classes as a community service. She was inspired by the Tibetan monks’ visit to Manchester and creation of the sand mandala, and how it brought community members together.

Carlson has taught mindfulness and meditation professionally for more than 15 years.
