Vermont Rail System has announced its “Vermont Lights the Way” Holiday Display Train will be in North Bennington tonight, Manchester on Friday, and Danby on Saturday.

The train departed Rutland at 4:30 p.m. on its way to North Bennington for the night.

The train will be positioned in high-visibility spots so it will be easy to see from your car.

If you choose to take a photo by the train, VRS asks that everyone safe. Stay off the equipment and away from the tracks. Remember to follow the state's COVID guidelines and practice social distancing if other families are viewing the train at the same time.

Dates and locations may change due to weather and other circumstances. Please check the Vermont Rail Systems Facebook page for updates in case of changes. Exact times that the train will arrive or depart are not provided.

The train will be on display only. There are no passenger allowed on the train.
