Quash stress, reduce restlessness, enhance equanimity, and cultivate clarity in the free mindfulness opportunities. Nourish yourself all winter through walking, seated, standing, and supine meditations for deep relaxation. Led by Larissa Hall Carlson. No meditation experience necessary. Ages 15+ are welcome. This free event will take place on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month, through May 11, 2020.
