Vermont Flannel has moved into its permanent location at 96 Depot St. in Manchester. The company celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Friday night that included a Smugglers’ Notch Distillery tasting of its Vermont-made spirits. Vermont Teddy Bear opened a pop-up shop within the Vermont Flannel space, and a teddy bear was on hand for the grand opening.
