Wilson says he won't seek reelection

MANCHESTER - State representative Jeffrey Wilson (D - Arlington, Manchester, Sandgate, Sunderland) announced that he will not seek reelection this year after serving three terms in office.

Wilson - who defeated state representative Judith Livingston in 2008 - said he is stepping down to devote more time to business pursuits and family.

Wilson - who currently sits on the House Committee on Ways and Means - was the Town Manager of Manchester from 1986 until 2003.
