Wilder receives grant

WESTON - The Wilder Memorial Library has announced the schedule of its Fizz, Boom, Read! Summer Children's Programs, which have been funded by a grant from the Vermont Country Store.

Children of all ages may participate in the free Fizz, Boom, Read! programs on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the library.

The schedule is as follows: July 2, Glow In The Dark Art with Local Artist Christine Mix; July 9, Stories About Science with Master Storyteller Peter Burns; July 16, The Science of Sound with Exordium, July 23, Moon Phases with the Grafton Nature Museum.

On July 30 there will be a Fizz, Boom, Party celebration of science and summer with activities, crafts and stories.
