Why the Chamber?

To the Editor:

A few years ago my wife and I relocated to Manchester, VT for its natural beauty, its great quality of life, its many cultural activities, as well as its wonderful recreational assets.

Since then I have moved my business here as well.

Having been a business owner in other communities, and valued the resources of the local Chamber of Commerce, the first thing I did was to join the Manchester and the Mountains Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Why the Chamber?

The people engaged in our Chamber know the landscape (what's going on, who's doing what, and how to get engaged and make a difference).

The Chamber provides an instant network of business and professional people. The Chamber seeks to monitor the regulatory issues, assisting in creating a friendly and successful business climate through relationships on the State level.

The Chamber provides outstanding local advertising and communications opportunities for member businesses.

The opportunities are limitless but you have to take the first step and join.

The stronger your Chamber is, the more it can benefit our community.

My best business deal since coming to Vermont was facilitated through connections made at our Chamber. It paid for my membership many times over.

The Manchester and the Mountains is a special chamber with outstanding staff, dedicated volunteer leadership and energy to help move this community forward.

In fact, it already has with the opening of the best Visitor Welcome Center in the State of Vermont!

Why not be part of it? Join us now!
