Walsh earns masters of education

PARKVILLE, Mo. - Julie May Walsh of East Dorset, Vt. graduated with a masters degree in Education from Park University on Dec. 14.

Walsh - who attended Joseph A. Foran High School, Milford, Conn. - was one of 120 students who received their master's degree during the December 2013 Kansas City Area Commencement ceremony. The commencement ceremony also saw 259 undergraduates receive their bachelor's degree, 12 students receive their associate's degree and 20 students receive graduate or undergraduate certificates.

Established in 1875, Park University is a national leader in higher education and is distinguished by its innovative adult-degree completion programs. The University has 20,964 students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate degree programs at 40 campuses located in 21 states and online.
