Unhappy constituent

To the Editor:

To Congressman Peter Welch:

For all your canned reply here are the facts, Congressman: I did sign up my wife a month ago. Having forgotten about my son that day I called back two days later and included him. Everything was hunky-dorey, I was led to believe.

Then last week on Friday I got a call from Vermont Healthcare that my son's application "had a problem." I called this past Monday to fix said "problem" and was told that my application for both my wife and my son had been withdrawn! Not by me it was! What the Sam Hill gives here? Why are these people so supremely incompetent? I have been trying to ABIDE by this law since Oct. 1st. I give up! Go ahead and penalize me already. Yours in the voting booth,
