Tilting at Windmills has new owner

MANCHESTER - Tilting at Windmills Gallery, which has been displaying fine art for 44 years in Manchester, announced that Terry Lindsey has become the new - and third - owner of the establishment.

Lindsey, an artist represented in Tilting, has also been owner of Terry Lindsey Equidae Gallery in Saratoga for 15 successful years.

Lindsey Terry plans to continue to exhibit the excellent founding artists presently represented and introduce many new, exciting ones as well, such as Jenny Horstman who creates one of a kind, antique metal tools that are welded into life size sculptures creating a spirit that will be experienced while viewing. Lindsey will strive to maintain the integrity of the gallery displaying highly disciplined creations in all mediums by national and international artists.

To keep current with activities and events, the public should update their contact information on the gallery's website at www.tilting.com. The gallery wants to ensure that Tilting's loyal collectors and friends get regular email updates on all artists, artwork and gallery events.

Beginning in January the gallery will have new hours: Thursday through Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For more information call the gallery at 362-3022.
