Tech training offered at GNAT
SUNDERLAND >> Greater Northshire Access Television, the region's Community Media & Training Center, is launching new spring courses. Whether you want to make your own television show, web video or brush up on your camera skills, GNAT is the place to learn. Classes at GNAT are for all ages and skill levels and anyone living or working in GNAT's service territory is welcome to participate.
Once you complete your course you will be certified and eligible to use GNAT's equipment and facilities free of charge. This includes professional video cameras, editing computers, iPads, GoPros, green screen and a three-camera television studio.
Classes are held at Noon or at 6 p.m. on select Thursdays. The schedule is as follows: Studio Production on March 17; iPad Animation for Adults on April 7; Field Production on April 14; GoPro Basics April 28; Digital Photo Scanning on March 24, and Photo Enhancement on March 31. Video Editing with Final Cut X is a one on one four-week course scheduled by appointment.
