For quite some time, the people of Jamaica, Londonderry, Stratton, Weston and Winhall have had the good fortune of being represented in Montpelier by capable and respected members of our community.
For the past several years we have had the opportunity to be represented by Representative Oliver Olsen, but he is now stepping down, and his shoes will be very hard to fill. It is with pleasure that I feel Tim Goodwin is the best candidate to take Representative Olsen's seat.
Tim is the candidate who has the experience and the support that will ensure that we are effectively represented in Montpelier from day one. He has served on local school boards, BCA, planning commissions and given his time and talents to a variety of charitable and non-profit efforts in our region over the years.
Uniquely, Tim has earned the bipartisan support of a board coalition of current and former legislators from within and outside our district. That says a lot about the respect he has earned and his knowledge of how to make things happen in Montpelier.
This November, I will be voting for Tim Goodwin as our next representative, and I hope you will too.
