Sunderland Select Board to meet

SUNDERLAND - The next regular meeting of the Sunderland Select Board will be held on Monday, Dec. 17, starting at 7 p.m. at the Sunderland Elementary School. The agenda is as follows:

Call to order; approval of minutes; Reports from Road Liaison and Highway Foreman; Old and Unfinished Business; Turning Point Center of Bennington-presentation by Director Joan Walsh, Grant (Reimbursement program) for 2-e-Vermont computers; Information for bonding the proposed town hall project; (a) Review letter from McSoley, Mc Coy and Co., Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors for hiring in preparing the bond for New Town Hall Building; (b) Final cost worksheet on entire town hall project with final figure that the town will look to borrow (c) Review of letter to be sent out to residents detailing project (d) Consideration of office equipment sinking fund in the cost analysis (e) Consider appointing a non-selectboard member as Building Liaison to assist with bonding; Town Budget considerations, (a) Proposed increase in Selectboard pay; (b) Request for health insurance for Town Clerk; (c) Changes to General Fund budget (d) Changes to Highway budget with estimation on painting town garage; New Business.
