St James' to hold Easter bake sale

ARLINGTON - St. James' Episcopal Church will be holding their Annual Easter Bake Sale on Saturday, March 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The sale will take place at the Arlington Community House across Route 7A from the church. An selection of home-made baked goods (bread, pies, cakes, cookies, brownies and other such items) will be available for purchase. Come early for the best selection.

Proceeds from the sale, organized by the St. James' Missions and Outreach Committee, support the church's efforts to help meet local, national and global needs for assistance. For more information on outreach activities at St. James' Episcopal Church, please visit

Established in 1764, St. James is the cradle parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont. The present church building was consecrated in 1833 after an earlier one was destroyed by fire. Open table fellowship and all are welcome to join. Sunday worship is conducted according to the 1979 Book of Common Prayer.
