Spaghetti Supper planned in Pawlet

WEST PAWLET - The staff of the Mettawee Community School, as well as friends and community members, will host a Spaghetti Dinner on Friday, June 20, for the benefit of the James, Chandler and Carson families who lost their home and belongings in a fire last December.

The Spaghetti Dinner will be held at the Mettawee Community School, located on Route 153 in West Pawlet, beginning at 5 p.m., until all are served. The dinner cost is $8 per person, eat in or takeout. The menu includes spaghetti, with or without meatballs, tossed salad, bread, beverage and brownie sundae for dessert. A Silent Auction will also be held during the dinner.

Funds raised at the spaghetti dinner and silent auction will help the James, Chandler and Carson families remove the fire debris from the property. For more information about the spaghetti dinner contact Kelli Lewis at 802-394-2491; if interested in donating an item for the Silent Auction please call the Mettawee Community School at 802-645-9009.
