MANCHESTER >> Burr and Burton Academy Class of 2016 students Dylan Little and Katelyn Gaiotti are this year's recipients of rk MILES scholarships. They were each awarded $2,650.

Dylan was in BBA's Success Program, was a four-year varsity football and basketball player, and works weekends and summers alongside his mom at the Heritage Deli in Chester. An avid hunter and fisherman, Dylan will be attending Paul Smith's College where he plans to study environmental science.

Katelyn was also in BBA's Success Program, was a four-year member of BBA Chorus and a member of Yearbook Committee. She also volunteered at the Currier Elementary School after-school program.

Katelyn will begin college studies at CCV in Rutland, VT and plans to transfer to Castleton State College to complete her teaching degree. BBA's Success Program mission is to help Success Scholars develop college and career readiness skills, strength of character, and a sense of purpose that to propel them toward a lifetime of success.

Each year rk MILES recognizes local BBA students to use for continuing education.
