House Rep. Peter Welch, D-Vt. official appearance schedule

Tuesday, Oct. 9

10:30 a.m. Rep. Welch will tour the Alchemist's new brewing facility in Stowe, where Focal Banger and Crusher beer lines are brewed. Welch is a cosponsor of the BEER Act, which would benefit small craft brewers such as Alchemist. 100 Cottage Club Road

11:45 a.m. Visit Copley Hospital in Morrisville, 528 Washington Highway.

1 p.m. Congress On Your Campus at Johnson State College, Rep. Welch will convene a "Congress on Your Campus" event to listen to issues of concern to college students and update them on his priorities in Congress. The event will take place during Johnson State College's Comparative Government class. All members of the campus community are welcome to participate. Ellsworth Room in the Library and Learning Center.

2:25 p.m. Rep. Welch will visit The Farm Between, an organic nursery and fruit farm in Jeffersonville that sells a wide variety of organic plants as well as over 15 types of fruits, berries and fruit syrups. 3727 Vermont Route 15
