Project Linus at Yarns for Your Soul

MANCHESTER - Yarns for Your Soul will be continuing their monthly charity knitting campaign, "Knit for Your Soul and Theirs" throughout the months of April and May.

Knitters and crocheters of all abilities are encouraged to create blankets and afghans for children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need.

Project Linus, founded in 1995, is a non-profit organization that brings peace, comfort and love to critically ill and traumatized children in the form of handmade security blankets.

Project Linus collects blankets of all shapes and sizes to be distributed to local children. Yarns for Your Soul will be providing a free pattern with the recommended materials available at the shop.

Upon completion of the project, knitters and crocheters will receive a coupon good for 10 percent off a future purchase.

For more information, visit the shop located at 605 Depot Street in Manchester Center or call 802-362-3151.
