Police suspect impairment during vehicle stop
MANCHESTER — A Manchester man was processed for suspicion of DUI after a motor vehicle traffic stop on Friday night.
Leslie Jorgensen, 64, of Manchester was taken into custody and transported to the Manchester Police Department on Friday after refusing a breath sample during a vehicle stop, according to state police.
Jorgensen was stopped on West Road in Manchester for a traffic violation around 9:47 p.m.. Police report he displayed signs of impairment throughout the stop.
While at the police department, Jorgensen was processed for suspicion of DUI.
Jorgensen was released on citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later time and date, the release stated.
