Paradis to play in Soccer Cup

RINDGE, N.H. - Burr and Burton Academy's Sean Paradis will be competing in the 39th Annual Lions Twin State Soccer Cup Matches on Saturday, July 20.

The Lions Soccer Cup Matches features senior high school athletes from Vermont and New Hampshire.

The game will take place at the Spartan Sodexho Field located on the Franklin Pierce University campus. The first game - which will feature the Vermont women against the New Hampshire women - is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. The Vermont men will play the New Hampshire men immediately after the conclusion of the women's game.

An Awards Brunch ceremony will be held on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The Vermont Lions use the proceeds to support the Austine Green Mountain Lions Hearing Impaired Camp. This four-week summer camp program allows children of different age groups to enjoy canoeing, hiking, camping and a number of other activities.

The New Hampshire funds support the Lion Sight and Hearing Foundation, Inc.
