No injuries from two car collision

ARLINGTON -- A two-vehicle accident Friday along Route 7A caused significant damage to the two vehicles involved but no injuries were reported.

In a written release state police reported they responded to the accident at about 7:10 p.m. on Friday, May 10. Troopers said their investigation found the crash occurred after a northbound 2001

A Pontiac Grand Am, driven by Bennington resident Priscilla A. Favreau, 48, was rear-ended as she slowed to make a left turn onto White Tail Run.

The operator of the second vehicle, 21-year-old Sierra A. Williams of Manchester, failed to notice Favreau had come to a stop and collided with her vehicle, police said. Williams refused medical treatment while Favreau was transported to Southwestern Vermont Medical Center but released shortly after. William's 2005 Chevrolet Equinox sustained major front-end damage while police said Favreau's Pontiac suffered major damage to the rear. No traffic violations were reported.
