MSW basketball teams improve records

BONDVILLE - The MSW middle school boys basketball team improved their record to 2-1 on the season with recent wins over Grace Christian (32-27) and Maple Street (24-21).

Sean Apps led both games as top scorer with 18 and 20 points - as well as chipping in with 19 rebounds against Grace Christian and 12 rebounds against MSS.

The Lady Wildcats evened their record to 1-1-1 with a double-overtime tie versus Grace Christian (22-22) and a win over Maple Street (32-9). Mikaela McMahon and Summar Jones scored 9 points each against GCS, with Jones pouring in another 8 points and grabbing 9 boards at Maple Street.
