MPR to host series of events in April

MANCHESTER - With the opening of the New Park House at the Dana Thompson Memorial Park the Manchester Parks and Recreation Department is offering the following programs for the month of April.

April 15th - October: On Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:15- 6:30 p.m. there will be drop off care for those people who want to exercise at the park. Pre- Registration is required. The fee for drop off care is $2 for residents per child and $3 per child for non-residents.

April 15-23: Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. there will be a week long horsemanship camp at Pond Hill Stables for ages eight and up. Pre-Registration is required. The fee is $200 for residents and $275 for non-residents.

April 20: On Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. there will be pre school community soccer. The fee is $15 for residents and $25 for non-residents.

April 25: MPR Equestrian Club Meeting from 6-7 p.m. There is no charge to attend.

Precision Walkers every Wednesday Mornings from 10-11 a.m.
