Maple Street to host Kidcraft

MANCHESTER >> On Sunday, Nov. 8 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., the Maple Street School Parent Association will welcome children and their families from around the Northshire region to KidCraft. This year's event will have lots of fun activities for kids, including cupcake decorating, a gently used book and toy sale, face painting, a bouncy house and obstacle course (weather permitting), music, and of course, arts and crafts featuring recycled and natural materials. Families can enjoy lunch at the Maple Street School's "Moose Café" which will be serving chili, mac & cheese, soup and pizza with a great selection of baked goods.

Adults can accompany their children free of charge with a $5 admission for each child. Most of the activities are included with paid admission. All proceeds will benefit the Maple Street School Scholarship Fund, which provides financial aid to over 40 percent of the current students.

Maple Street School is located at 322 Maple St., Manchester Center. For more information about Maple Street School's KidCraft, call (802) 362-7137 or visit their website at
