LTSummer returns for 31st year
The youngest campers (Busy Bees - ages three- to four-years-old) will be treated to weekly themed camps full of creativity. From enchanted forests to sea voyages, from barnyards to art studios and sports venues, these kids will engage in great play and growing activities. Curious Crickets, ages five- to seven-years-old, continue to learn and develop with age-appropriate opportunities.
Camp Lynx, for ages eight- to 10-years-old, offers exciting ways to expand children's interests and practice skills. Camp Lynx Adventure Treks with LTS Science Chair Scott Worland explores the unique ecology of Vermont through outdoor adventures over two separate weeks: July 8-12 and July 22-26. LTS Art instructor Hakan Brosnan is offering three weeks of clay-based workshops: Architecture, July 1-5; The Basics, July 8-12; and Masks and Drums, July 15-19.
LTS Arts Chair Anharad Edson will take students on intellectual art "travels" two different weeks July 22-26 and July 29-Aug. 2 as they explore locations, cultures, history and art movements in a worldwide art investigation.
