LTS offering opportunity days for parents

Posted
DORSET - Long Trail School is offering two Wednesdays for parents to visit and experience Long Trail.

While LTS is always open to visitors, there is a unique program built into Nov. 28 and Dec. 5 for parents who might be interested in LTS for their child. On these dates, parents can attend classes before and after lunch, during which there will be a chance for a round table talk with faculty and students.

Middle school classes in this time block include Algebra, Earth Science and English. Upper school courses range from World Languages and History to Math, English, Science and the IB class Theory of Knowledge. The event each day runs from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Parents may come for a class and lunch, lunch and then a class, or attend a class on either side of lunch. In order to plan accurately, registration is required by Nov. 21.

For information and registration, contact Chelley Tifft, Asst. Director of Admissions at 802-867-5717 extension190 or ctifft@longtrailschool.org.
