Support local business

Following is a clear example of why we should support local business: I recently bought a new pair of eyeglasses from Moulton's Spectacle Shoppe. The lenses were fine, but the frames kept hurting my ears and the bridge of my nose. More than a month and several adjustments later, Moulton's offered to replace those frames free of charge, and were most courteous and helpful in the process. I'm not sure I could expect that service from a mail order business.
