Letter to the editor: Southwestern Vermont Medical Center needs to keep better records
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center needs to keep better records
The reason for such a statement is this: On Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, my wife, Linda, received a note to schedule another colonoscopy/endoscopy from the medical center.
I will inform them that Linda will not be able to make that appointment.
She passed away last year on Oct. 11, at 10:15 p.m. at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Her death should be in their records, which would have prevented me from being reminding me of her death. I, or anyone else as well, should not be surprised in such a way.
You can do better.
