Letter to the editor: Reelect Steve Berry

Reelect Steve Berry

Steve Berry should be reelected as Representative to the Vermont Legislature . I am a Vermont artist and author who would like to tell you why I believe he is the best candidate for the district of Manchester, Arlington, Sunderland and Sandgate. Steve is a great humanitarian. He cares. He really cares for other human beings and for his neighbors, friends, and constituents. He wants us all healthy, educated, sheltered and respected, and that is inclusive. He leaves no one out. Most importantly, he applies these compassionate principles to his consideration of legislation and his votes in Montpelier. His leadership and his teaching experience prove him so capable of doing that. Here is a list of accomplishments:

Assembly of State Legislators executive committee, appointed to represent Vermont by Speaker of the House, Shap Smith ( 2015)

He brings his wife Carol Berry with him as a partner in his work. Carol teaches art in the community, is an author and research expert of the artist, Vincent van Gogh, a statewide lecturer affiliated with the Vermont Humanities Council, a faculty member at two prestigious educational institutions. Published author: Vincent van Gogh: His Spiritual Vision in Life and Art.

These are his credentials. To know Steve Berry is to realize he goes way beyond this impressive list.
