Horse show receipts to benefit local non-profits

EAST DORSET >> The Vermont Summer Festival has chosen three local non-profit organizations to provide volunteers to collect all spectator gate receipts during the six weeks of the horse show, running Wednesday through Sunday, July 6 to Aug. 14, at the Harold Beebe Farm, on Route 7 in East Dorset, just north of Manchester.

In selecting Meals on Wheels of Bennington County, Dorset Equine Rescue, and the Manchester Community Library to partner with them, the VSF continues their annual tradition of giving all admission revenue to worthy organizations in the area.

Community members are encouraged to come out and experience the world-class show jumping skill and all that the horse show has to offer, and help support three community charities at the same time.
