Holy Week at Zion Episcopal

MANCHESTER CENTER - Zion Episcopal Church will be holding their Holy Week services and events soon to which the public is invited.

Morning Prayer will be said each weekday morning at 9 a.m. On Wednesday, March 27, at 12:15 p.m. there is a service of Holy Eucharist and Healing Prayer.

On Maundy Thursday, there is a lamb supper at 5:30 p.m. which will include an Introduction to the Alpha course for those interested, and at 7 p.m. the Maundy Thursday service of Holy Eucharist, foot washing, and the stripping of the altar.

On Good Friday, March 29, the Good Friday Liturgy begins at 12 p.m. and lasts about one hour. Easter Sunday services begin with a sunrise service at Stratton Mountain Ski Resort. The gondola opens at 5:45 a.m. for the 6:30 a.m. service. Easter services continue at Zion Church at 8 and 10 a.m. with an Easter Egg Hunt following the 10 a.m. service.
