Health series continues

PAWLET - The Circle of Healing in Pawlet will host their 2nd seminar in their series of Integrative Health.

Carson Lake, Certified Reflexologist will share his knowledge of Reflexology on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 7 p.m. He will discuss theory and practical aspects of Reflexology and it's affect on the body.

Carson will teach self -help reflexology techniques by using the hands and feet.

He will discuss chronic health conditions that can be helped through the use of reflexology.

Reflexology is the scientific art of healing based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to all body parts.

The reflexologist applies pressure with specific hand and finger techniques to promote relaxation causing physiological changes to bringing the body back into balance. Reflexology works through the nervous system differing from massage that works with the musculature system.

The Circle of Healing will be offering a free monthly series of seminars on aspects of Integrative Health.
