Habitat Auction coming on July 13
A partial preview of items can be seen at www.benningonareahabitat.com. They include Adirondack chairs and picnic tables made by Burr and Burton students, Mosser glass clowns, rugs, pictures, digital camera, lens, couches, corner cupboard, Orvis bamboo fishing rod and reel, 360 sq ft of 18" tile, rugs, antiques, toys and much more.
All funds raised at this event will be directed to our 14th Habitat house which is in the first stage of construction on Jennifer Lane in Manchester in partnership with Shannon and Lori Gordon and their four children. A Brush with Kindness program is operating in the Southshire, volunteers doing minor interior and exterior repairs to make a home safer, healthier and more energy efficient. Habitat for Humanity puts faith into action, seeks to bring people together to build homes locally and throughout the world. Money raised locally stays local. BAHfH gets no financial support from Habitat International.
