Food writer offers fresh cooked fare

MANCHESTER - Join Tracey Medeiros on July 19 from 5:30 - 7 p.m. for a demo and sampling of the recipes from The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook, which are created using seasonal locally grown and locally produced ingredients.

Tracey Medeiros is a freelance food writer, food stylist, recipe developer and tester. She is the author of Dishing Up Vermont (Storey Publishing, 2008) and The Vermont FarmTable Cookbook, (Countryman Press, 2013).

Her recipes have appeared in Bon Appetit, Cooking Light, Eating Well and Hampton Roads magazines and she is a regular contributor to Edible Green Mountains. She lives in Essex Junction.

One lucky person who attends the Fresh Fare event will have an opportunity to win lunch for four at Brook Valley Appliance cooked by the author Tracey Medeiros, herself. Door prize by J.K. Adams, too.
