First Wednesdays Talk in Manchester Cancelled
MANCHESTER >> The Vermont Humanities Council's First Wednesdays lecture with Shelburne Museum director Thomas Deneberg, scheduled for this evening at 7:00 pm at First Congregational Church in Manchester has been cancelled. The talk, "The Wyeths: First Family of American Art," is part of the Vermont Humanities Council's First Wednesdays series. The talk has been rescheduled to Wednesday, June 1.
First Wednesdays is held on the first Wednesday of every month from October through May in nine regional hub communities statewide, featuring speakers of national and regional renown. The program is free, accessible to people with disabilities and open to the public.
The National Life Group Foundation and the Vermont Department of Libraries are the statewide underwriters of First Wednesdays.
