Final free winter dinner planned at St. James

ARLINGTON >> St. James' Episcopal Church in Arlington invites everyone to the fourth, and last, in its winter 2016 series of free community dinners, to be held in the church Undercroft on Friday, April 29, from 5:50-7 p.m. Co-hosted by parishioners Sue and the Rev. Paul Gratz, the menu includes "gourmet casserole," along with green salad, rolls and beverages, and ending with a selection of desserts.

Join in for good food and great company, a chance to greet old friends and make new ones. There is no charge for the dinner; just come and enjoy yourselves. If you are inclined to make a donation, all contributions will be given to local outreach programs that help our less fortunate neighbors, including the Arlington Food Shelf and fuel assistance programs

St. James' is located on Historic 7A, across from the Arlington Community House. There is plenty of parking, and the church is fully handicapped-accessible.

For more information, call the church office at 375-9952, or visit the church on Facebook.
