Film/discussion series at Mark Skinner Library

MANCHESTER - Film expert Harvey Flaxman will present three two-provoking Cold War classics Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m.

Sidney Lumet's "Fail-Safe" (1964) with Henry Fonda and Walter Matthau will be screened on Oct. 16 and Stanley Kubrick's "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb" (1964) starring Peter Sellers and George C. Scott will be screened on Oct. 23.

The Mark Skinner Library is located at 48 West Road in Manchester. The film/discussion series is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
