Families Anonymous starts Londonderry group

LONDONDERRY - Families Anonymous, a worldwide 12-step recovery program, has announced the start of a new group in Londonderry.

Weekly meetings will take place each Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. beginning July 8 at The Meeting Place at Neighborhood Connections.

Neighborhood Connections is located in The Mountain Marketplace next to the Londonderry Post Office.

Families Anonymous is a support group for people whose lives are affected by the use of mind-altering substances or related behavioral problems of a relative or friend.

No dues or fees are required for membership. First names only are used at meetings to preserve individual anonymity. Advance notice is not necessary to attend a meeting. Visitors are welcome.
