Events planned at American Legion

ARLINGTON >> An indoor craft and flea market will be held at the American Legion Post 69 on Saturday, April 2, from 9 - 3 p.m.

It will be hosted by American Legion Auxiliary Unit 69. The charge is $10 for flea market tables and $15 for craft tables. Sign up early and reserve a table. Call 802-375-6157 for more information or to become a member.

On Thursday, April 7, at 7 p.m., the monthly meeting of the legion will be held. On Saturday, April 9, the "cabin fever cookout and second annual chili cookoff" will be held, hosted by Sons of the American Legion Squadron 69 at American Legion Post 69. The

$10 cost includes hot dogs and burgers and one judge's card for the chili cookoff. The winner will receive a trophy.

On Sunday, April 10, the legion will host a Sunday morning breakfast, from 8-10 a.m. Seniors are free, 65 and older. All others are $5 each. Donations are greatly appreciated. Omelets to order are back on the menu. Call 802-375-6157 for more information.
