Duck Derby set for June 4

ARLINGTON >> Once again the annual Battenkill Duck Derby and Family Fair offers fun and entertainment for all. Join in at the Arlington Recreation Park (Route 7A in downtown Arlington) on Saturday, June 4 from 11-2 p.m. The grand prize of $1,000 has been donated by Mack Molding. The first prize is $500 (also donated by Mack Molding) and second prize is $250. There are an additional 25 prizes.

Other exciting attractions include kiddie games, silent auction, magic show, bouncy houses, pony rides, "muster truck" rides, yummy food, and much more. Ducks can be purchased by calling Happy Days Playschool at 375-6039 or by battenkillduckderby.com. One duck is $4; 3 ducks for $10; $15 for 5 ducks; $20 for 7 ducks; and $25 for 10 ducks with a special online price of $50 for 25 ducks. Battenkill Duck Derby and Family Fair is an annual fundraiser hosted by Arlington Area Childcare, Inc. (AACI) with the proceeds supporting Happy Days Playschool.
