DRB to hear plans for Village Country Inn

MANCHESTER VILLAGE - The future of the former Village Country Inn properties are an item on the Manchester Village Development Review Board agenda for August 5.

The properties, encompassing 3835, 3844, and 3869 Main Street, were purchased by Village resident Clark French through an entity known as 3835 Main Street, LLC, in early July.

The parcels at 3835 and 3844 Main Street are a part of the Inn; 3835 is the Inn itself and 3844 lies across the street.

The third parcel, at 3869 Main Street, was purchased by French from Dr. Jon Liebling, who had his medical practice in the building just north of the Inn. At the time of purchasing, French had said that he had not made any plans for the property.

When reached for comment on the proposed buildings on the agenda, French declined to comment.

The meeting, on Monday, Aug. 5, will be at 7 p.m. at the Court House on 3455 Main Street in Manchester Village.
