Dorset Players to hold auditions for "Play It Again Sam"

DORSET — The Dorset Players will be holding auditions for "Play It Again Sam," a comedy written by Woody Allen and directed by Janet Groom on Monday Dec. 14, and Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the Dorset Playhouse at 7 p.m.

Allan Felix has been left by his wife and great fun ensues as he tries to find a female companion under the guidance of his hero, Humphrey Bogart. There are parts for three men, one of whom should be able to play the character of Humphrey Bogart and two men who are 30ish. There are roles for eight women, two of whom should be 30ish and the others are roles of fantasy women and dates for Allan and should be 30ish or younger.
