Dorset break-in reported

DORSET - Several storage units at a local storage facility were broken into last Thursday, Dec. 13, according to a police report released late last week.

Five of the storage units at A Safe Place Storage in Dorset had been broken into, according to Andrew Torrentino, the owner of the facility. The Vermont state police responded to the report of the break-ins at 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 13.

According to the police report, Tarantino believed the break-ins occurred sometime between Dec. 7 -11. The State Police are waiting to hear back from some of the storage unit renters as to what or if anything was stolen. One of the victims had reported their sports equipment and a set of tires were taken.
