Crafters sought for Bondville Fair

BONDVILLE - Space is still available for crafters who wish to exhibit their work at the Bondville Fair.

The fair - the oldest in Vermont - will take place Friday through Sunday, Aug. 22-24, rain or shine on the fairgrounds on Route 30. Vendors who make unique items are being sought. All items must be handcrafted (no commercial items are acceptable).

Crafters hours are from 12-8 p.m. on Friday with set up beginning at 9 a.m.; the hours for Saturday are 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. until closing at 5 p.m. on Sunday. Each crafter will receive two free passes onto the grounds. The passes will be good for all three days, but any other person(s) entering with the crafter - including children - will need to pay the entrance fee.

To receive an application, crafters should contact Estelle at 802-297-1172 or 802-375-4831 and leave a clear message with a name address, phone number and a short description of their craft.
