Circle of Healing
"Jin Shin Do" means "The Way of the Compassionate Spirit." Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure uses gentle yet deep finger pressure on specific acu-points and verbal body focusing techniques, to help release "armoring" or chronic tension, balance the "Qi" or energy, and improve vitality. This clothes-on method helps relieve stress and trauma related problems.
Thomas practices Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure in a very subtle and non-invasive way. It will instill deep relaxation in order to re-establish a smooth, harmonious, and balanced energy flow throughout the body by releasing physical, mental and emotional tension.
The presentation will teach the history of the method and review the many health applications and benifits.
The event will be held at the old dairy barn on Route 30 just south of the village of Pawlet on June 26.
Circle of Healing offers integrative health care and health education in a nurturing, comfortable and safe environment.
