Church, Collaborative, collaborate

SOUTH LONDONDERRY >> First Baptist Church of South Londonderry invites the community to attend on Sunday, May 22 for their worship service. For every person who comes to worship, the congregation has pledged to donate funds to the Collaborative, which supports substance free youth in the community.

Everyone is always welcome to check First Baptist Church out, but they know that sometimes the first time can be intimidating. Once a year they try to make it easier by having a special "Check Us Out" Sunday. They'll explain each part of the worship service, and a lot of others will be checking them out, so no one will be singled out. They're all about growing followers of Jesus by planting seeds of faith and nurturing them to grow fruit.

Come join them for worship at 10 a.m. After worship stay for coffee and muffins and walk down to the new church building to see the progress they've made! The congregation is currently meeting at the Londonderry Town Hall (139 Middletown Road in South Londonderry) for worship services. For more information, call 802-856-7266, or visit
